Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations for multiple Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of specialists (PPC, SEO, Content, Design, and Operations).
• Strategize and execute account growth plans, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with US clients, providing regular updates, insights, and performance reports.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions to optimize account results.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong technical expertise in managing Amazon Private Label accounts (FBA, listings, A+ content, keyword optimization, PPC campaigns, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
