DBL – Design Build Live is a growing design-build construction firm specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are expanding our execution team and seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead construction projects with a strong focus on quality, timelines, budgeting, and compliance.

Role Overview

The Project Manager – Civil will be responsible for managing projects from planning to final handover, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, site teams, and management while maintaining strict adherence to technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review BOQs, project plans, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and cost parameters.
• Maintain compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate site staff to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
