We’re Hiring – Senior Project Manager

Location: Lahore

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading complex technology projects, preferably within the banking or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking/fintech domain is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications will be a plus.
• Be part of a team that drives innovation in the banking and fintech sector.
