Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer (PEB Works)

Top Engineering Construction is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer – PEB Works) for our upcoming project in Gharo. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and mechanical activities, ensuring quality compliance, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all PEB and mechanical engineering activities on-site.
• Supervise fabrication, erection, and installation works as per design and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with design, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Control project costs and timelines while resolving technical and site issues promptly.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical and PEB projects, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of PEB structure erection, steel fabrication, and mechanical installation.
• Proven leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to be based full-time at Gharo project site.
