Project Sales Executive – Tiles, Marble, Paints & Sanitary Ware

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive project sales in building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven expertise in the construction and building materials sector, and the ability to develop long-lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination

• Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
