Role Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is seeking experienced, performance-driven Property Consultants with a proven track record in residential real estate sales.

We operate within a structured sales system built on measurable performance, accountability, and consistent monthly production.

This opportunity is ideal for agents who thrive in organized environments, respect targets, and deliver consistent results.

Mandatory Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirement:

• A minimum of 10 - 18 successfully closed sales transactions within the past 12 months
• A documented and verifiable closing record

Please note: Applications without verified sales history will not be considered.

Compensation & Earnings

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 + Attractive commission structure
