Property Consultant -Commission Based

We are hiring Property Consultants to join our client's sales team on a purely commission-based model. This role is ideal for agents who are confident in closing deals and want to work with company-generated leads while earning attractive commissions.

The focus will be on selling residential properties, including off-plan projects and ready units, to end users and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
  • Promote and sell residential real estate projects
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate terms and close sales successfully
  • Coordinate with internal teams to complete documentation and bookings

Commission Structure:

  • 50% - 60% commission per successful deals
  • No fixed salary – earnings are performance-based

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
  • Strong closing and client-handling skills
  • Good knowledge of Dubai property market
  • RERA Broker Card preferred
  • Own visa preferred
  • Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented
