Role Summary

The Property Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales across Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a driven, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a competitive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company‑generated leads.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and suitable property options.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, deals, and documentation using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, new project launches, and market developments.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French are a plus.
