This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client communication, deal-making, and navigating complex property transactions. You’ll play a key role in securing favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers across residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on listings and market conditions
• Mediate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial deals
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or negotiation (UAE market preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
