Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Property Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate, skilled in sales, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and contributing to the success of our brand in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
