Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Property Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of our brand in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance tailored to client needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
