Public Relation Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in visa processing, licensing, and government liaison work, with a strong network across relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing
• Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, etc.) for labor and immigration matters
• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, and other legal documents
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and employee documentation
• Assist in resolving labor disputes and managing inspection visits
• Translate and submit official documents as required
• Monitor and report on visa expiry, fines, and compliance risks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with government portals (e.g., Tasheel, E-Channel, GDRFA)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE valid driving license (mandatory)
