Job Summary

The Purchaser – Mobile Accessories is responsible for sourcing and purchasing mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, cases, screen protectors, and related products. The role ensures timely procurement, competitive pricing, and quality standards while supporting sales and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase mobile accessories based on demand forecasts and sales requirements
  • Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure best value
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
  • Track market trends, new product launches, and pricing movements
  • Handle supplier communications, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of purchasing experience in mobile accessories
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of mobile accessories categories and suppliers
  • Experience using ERP systems or purchasing software
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
