Overview:


  • Process Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Solicit and compare quotations from vendors.
  • Communicate delivery schedules with internal departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist in resolving supplier issues and discrepancies.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures.
  • Attention to detail in document preparation and follow-up.
  • Ability to conduct supplier research.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English.
  • Computer literacy and ERP familiarity.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of total experience.
