Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Sahiwal, Punjab, Pakistan.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the preparation and approval of interim payment certificates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). The role includes performing cost control activities, developing cost planning and management strategies, and producing detailed cost reports.

The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate measurement and estimation of project costs, while ensuring compliance with project budgets and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques.
• Experience in preparing detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Ability to create and implement effective Cost Planning strategies.
• Skills in preparing comprehensive Cost Reporting documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional qualifications or a degree in DAE, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and methodologies is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities in multicultural environments.
