Virtelligence is a growing healthcare outsourcing company providing end-to-end US Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven RCM Manager to lead our billing operations and ensure maximum revenue performance for our US clients.

Position Overview

The RCM Manager will oversee the complete revenue cycle process from eligibility verification to AR follow-up. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of US medical billing, and hands-on KPI management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full revenue cycle workflow (Eligibility → Charge Entry → Coding → Claims Submission → AR Follow-up → Posting → QA)
• Ensure accurate claims submission and timely reimbursements
• Monitor and manage KPIs including:
• Days in Accounts Receivable (DAR)
• Clean Claim Rate
• Denial Rate
• Train, coach, and supervise billing team members
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
• Implement and improve billing policies, SOPs, and quality standards
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
✔ Proven experience managing Coding, AR, Charge Entry, Insurance Verification & QA teams
✔ Strong leadership and analytical skills
✔ Experience with EHR/PM systems (Kareo, Athena, etc.)
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and KPI tracking abilities
✔ Good understanding of HIPAA regulations
