About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrator to support our property management and sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate administration, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of UAE property procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to property and real estate operations.
  • Prepare and process tenancy contracts, Tawtheeq, Ejari, and other government documents.
  • Maintain property listings, lease records, and handle renewals.
  • Coordinate with agents, landlords, tenants, and government authorities (Municipality, DCD, etc.).
  • Assist with marketing property listings and managing online platforms.
  • Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and follow up as needed.
  • Process payments, receipts, and maintain financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the operations team.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a real estate administrative role (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tawtheeq, Ejari, DCD, and other real estate procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
