Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with assigned leads to ensure consistent sales conversions.
• Provide expert property advice and deliver exceptional client service.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing transactions
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Update property listings on portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
• Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate property advice
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
• Follow up with clients to close deals successfully

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 Years of experience in real estate , including property sales and client relations.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Demonstrated history of property closing.
• Must be currently in Dubai and able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
