We are expanding and looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert property leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
• Conduct professional property viewings and client presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end users
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities, including ROI analysis
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Collaborate with internal teams (listing, leasing, conveyancing, mortgage, compliance) to close transactions efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of local property laws and real estate regulations is preferred
• A valid local driving license is an advantage
