Role Overview

The Abu Dhabi Specialist will focus on guiding clients through buying, selling, and investing in properties across the emirate. This role suits a motivated professional who understands the local market, delivers exceptional client service, and thrives in a target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including communities, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company‑provided leads.
  • Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on new project launches, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage.
