Role Overview

The position focuses on assisting European clients—buyers, sellers, and investors—interested in Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan property market. Strong language skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support European clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations in both English and your European language(s).
• Present community insights, pricing trends, and investment opportunities clearly and confidently.
• Translate property information and communication when needed to ensure smooth client interactions.
• Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full transaction process, including documentation and closing.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay informed on new launches, market shifts, and developer offerings.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one European language (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, etc.) alongside strong English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with international clients.
