Position Summary
The Real Estate Agent – Latino Speaker is responsible for managing property sales, client advisory, and transaction coordination while providing Spanish‑language support to clients from Latin America, Spain, and other Spanish‑speaking regions. The role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to guide clients through the full buying or investment process in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and support Spanish‑speaking clients throughout the property search, viewing, and transaction process.
- Present ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi, explaining features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential in Spanish and English.
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and community networks.
- Conduct property tours and provide clear, accurate information tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and developers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including pricing trends and new project launches.
- Prepare financial comparisons, ROI assessments, and market analyses for investor clients.
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and client follow‑up schedules.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and meetings with Latin American business groups or expatriate communities.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain property and investment concepts clearly to Spanish‑speaking clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, major developers, and key communities.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Real estate certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with Latin American or Spanish‑speaking clients is highly beneficial.
