Role Summary

We are looking for motivated, professional, and client‑focused Real Estate Agents / Realtors to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in communication, and eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of available properties, new launches, and market trends.
• Build and manage a strong client database through networking and follow-up.
• List properties, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Achieve monthly sales or leasing targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
