Role Overview

The Real Estate Agent (Russian Speaker) will focus on assisting Russian‑speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and investments in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to deliver a high‑quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties to Russian‑speaking clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and project information.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, new developments, and regulations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian is mandatory; strong English communication skills required.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent/Broker (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
