Role Overview

This position focuses on overseeing and executing property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan markets. A Real Estate Broker is expected to demonstrate advanced sales capability, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex deals while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property valuations, pricing strategies, and market assessments for clients.
• Oversee listings, marketing activities, and client acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to secure successful transactions.
• Provide expert guidance on communities, pricing trends, investment opportunities, and market shifts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and transaction procedures.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and high‑level client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Senior Real Estate Agent.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market, including resale and off‑plan segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
