Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic sales team. You will represent top developers, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals within Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads from internal marketing channels and personal networks.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and the latest property trends.
• Promote off-plan and ready properties from leading developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, and Dubai Properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful closings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay updated on market developments, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Executive in Dubai (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
• Excellent English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Farsi, French, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
