Role Overview

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and client‑focused Mandarin-speaking Real Estate Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with Chinese-speaking investors, provide expert guidance on UAE property opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and support Mandarin-speaking clients throughout the property buying and investment process.
  • Present and promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top developers.
  • Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and investment presentations.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, and investment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of Chinese investors and buyers.
  • Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools and follow-up systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns targeting the Chinese market.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous real estate experience is preferred; off‑plan experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
