Real Estate Development Director

Emilio Immo Property is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Development Director to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of property development projects in Dubai. This executive role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in real estate development, investment analysis, and large-scale project execution within the UAE market.

Position Overview
The Real Estate Development Director will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities, managing project feasibility and financial structuring, and overseeing execution from land acquisition through completion and handover. The successful candidate will drive growth initiatives, optimize project profitability, and ensure delivery aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate development projects including acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery
• Identify and evaluate new investment and development opportunities within Dubai and the wider UAE market
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and return-on-investment analysis
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage negotiations for land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and municipal requirements
• Monitor market trends and adjust development strategies accordingly
• Provide leadership and direction to project and development teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior real estate development leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, regulations, and approval processes
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Advanced financial modeling and project management expertise
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
