Listing Team Leader – RE/MAX Smart Concept (Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Monitor
- Drive your team with clarity and discipline.
- Enforce KPIs and ensure Bitrix CRM is always updated no abandoned listings.
Landlord Management
- Meet landlords regularly, manage their expectations, and build long-lasting trust and loyalty.
Training & Mentorship
- Coach agents on handling objections, building resilience, and navigating tough negotiations.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to develop agents into top performers.
Performance & Closings
- Ensure your team consistently meets monthly closing targets.
- Lead by example by closing your own deals.
Crisis Management
- Handle operational challenges, landlord complaints, and team stress with calm professionalism.
- Turn challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ real estate experience (Abu Dhabi market strongly preferred).
- Own car is mandatory (public transport or Careem will not be considered).
- Immediate joiner only we’re not waiting until “after family events.”
- Clear professional background and proven track record of success.
- Strong commitment, discipline, and loyalty to the role and the team.
- Humor and resilience if you can’t laugh at chaos, this role isn’t for you.
KPIs You Will Own
- Weekly landlord meetings (documented).
- 100% CRM accuracy with no gaps or abandoned entries.
- Consistent achievement of monthly team closing targets.
- High landlord satisfaction measured by renewals, referrals, and repeat clients.
- Personal closings every month — no excuses.
