Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Property Sales Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in communication, and driven to achieve strong sales results. You will represent premium properties, guide clients through the buying process, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential properties across Abu Dhabi, including off‑plan and ready units.
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations with professionalism.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided marketing channels.
  • Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and property features.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of available listings, new launches, and developer offerings.
  • Build and manage a strong client database using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and present property proposals and sales documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous real estate sales experience is preferred; training is available for motivated beginners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident presentation style.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
