Real Estate Sales Advisor

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential buyers and investors through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and walkthroughs, highlighting the unique value propositions of premium projects.
  • Sales Closures: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final documentation and closing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Lahore and Islamabad.
  • Education: Minimum Graduation (BBA, MBA, or related field preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: High level of self-confidence, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Compensation: Gross Salary and Commissions on successful sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
