Commission Plans:

Slab 1 – Fair Foundation

  • Commission starts at 47% (with 3% RE/MAX global brand contribution)
  • Slabs grow steadily as you perform.

Slab 2 – Growth & Recognition

  • Incentives or higher commission after 5+ closings per month.
  • Bonuses, leaderboard recognition, and travel rewards.

Slab 3 – Top Performers’ Bonus

  • Commission slabs 55% up to 70% (based on performance and assigned projects)
  • Cash rewards up to AED 30,000
  • Travel opportunities to Bali, Europe, and RE/MAX Las Vegas conventions
