Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to specialize in selling off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly new developments, and will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to investors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from major developers.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and project details.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Conduct site tours and attend project launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Keep updated with the latest market trends, project launches, and government regulations.
• Prepare and present offers, payment structures, and related documentation to clients.
• Coordinate with developers for project details, inventory availability, and client follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Maintain a professional CRM record of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market, off-plan projects, and developer offerings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Presentable, professional, and customer focused.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
• RERA Certification (if applicable) is a plus.
