To support our rapidly growing Chinese‑speaking client base, we are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agent – Mandarin & English to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑ and English‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
- Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored client consultations.
- Provide clear guidance on the UAE real estate market, investment opportunities, and developer offerings.
- Translate property information, documents, and communication between Mandarin and English when required.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment hotspots.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near‑native level) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to grow within the industry.
