Real Estate Sales and Leasing Consultant

One of the leading Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking a driven and enthusiastic property consultant to join our dynamic team. The property consultant will be responsible for representing our portfolio of luxury properties, cultivating client relationships, and facilitating property transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.

- Conduct property tours and showcase luxury residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.

- Maintain a database of property listings and client information.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and best practices

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property management.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree

- Experience for at least 2 years in the same field, especially in Abu Dhabi Real Estate market.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must

- Valid UAE Driving License
