Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
