Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and customer‑focused Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying process while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales within the UAE is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
