Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Real Estate Specialist to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, strong sales capabilities, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and legal regulations
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and transaction processes
• Ensure all documentation complies with UAE property laws and company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• UAE driving license preferred
