We are seeking a motivated and professional Realtor to join our dynamic team and support clients in buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi’s fast‑growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored client consultations.
• Provide clear guidance on communities, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, market shifts, and developer offerings.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
