Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking and English‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations for Chinese‑speaking clients.
• Provide clear guidance on the UAE real estate market, investment opportunities, payment plans, and developer offerings.
• Translate property information, documents, and communication between Mandarin and English when required.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, and investment hotspots.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near‑native level) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to grow within the industry.
