Receptionist

The Female Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for greeting guests, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward them to the correct staff.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure security protocols are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma (required); a degree is a plus.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
