Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Reservations Management: Manage guest reservations, ensuring correct data entry and confirmation. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, providing information on room availability, rates, and hotel services.
  • Cash Handling & Billing: Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and issue receipts. Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Guest Services: Assist with arranging transportation, reservations for dining or activities, and provide guests with information on local attractions and events.
  • Maintaining Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Security & Safety Protocols: Adhere to hotel security procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff. Report any suspicious activities immediately.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and handling guest documentation as needed.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure a smooth operation and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in line with hotel policies.
  • Guest Feedback: Gather guest feedback to improve services and report any issues to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with guests of various backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software's
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local area and attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
