Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer Night Shift to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients at Zameen.com . The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a background in hospitality to ensure a professional and welcoming front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and manage front-desk supplies
• Coordinate with internal departments for appointments and meetings
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as required

Requirement

• Minimum BA
• Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred

Shift Time : 7pm - 4am
