Recruiter

Job Location: Karachi (On-site)

Logix Solutions is looking for a talented Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience (preferably in HR consultancy firms or recruitment agencies)

Eligibility:

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration

•3+ years of proven recruitment experience (consultancy/agency preferred)

•Experience in both technical & non-technical hiring

•Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social recruiting, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding)

•Design and execute talent acquisition strategies

•Conduct screenings, interviews & assessments

•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current/future needs

•Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and market insights

•Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

Skills Required:

•Excellent communication & negotiation skills

•Strong knowledge of recruitment practices

•Ability to multitask and work under pressure
