Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions (store-level to corporate roles).
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and employee referrals.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews; coordinate with line managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume retail roles.
Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Analyze hiring trends, recruitment costs, and turnaround time to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal HR policies, and recruitment guidelines.
Support employer branding initiatives and participation in career fairs.
Collaborate with HR operations for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
