Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our growing iGaming operations. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets for call center and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment plans based on operational hiring needs

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records

• Track hiring progress and provide recruitment updates

• Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for call center or telemarketing roles

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Good communication skills in English and fluency in Urdu

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for iGaming or online entertainment companies

• Experience handling high-volume hiring

• Strong recruitment network in Islamabad or Lahore
