Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Coordinator – Recruitment

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish
  • Post job vacancies and coordinate with recruitment agencies
  • Screen candidates and provide regular updates to hiring managers
  • Handle offer process, documentation, and negotiations
  • Ensure completion of onboarding requirements (visa, medical, background checks)
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR/Administration
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Arabic Speaker is a plus

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
