Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
  • Help draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
