We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the company’s recruitment operations, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or professional services firm, with proven expertise in sourcing, team management, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
  • Oversee and guide the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, training, and professional development.
  • Utilize head-hunting, social media recruiting, and networking to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate retention.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to enhance talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring practices to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
