Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle on behalf of our clients—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.

Location: DHA, Phase 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
